A couple of Fridays ago we remembered a special day, and special people who fought for peace and freedom. Our class sang a song and we made these poppies to decorate the gym.
We also got our hands dirty...I mean we finger painted about feelings for a art project we can't show you right now! Hint: Ivan :)
Some found it weird and silly!
We are never to young to paint with our hands and have a little fun!
Tipi Joe is a man who is teaching us about tipis and aboriginal culture, and he is also helping us make our own small miniature tipis! We started to paint them today. On Friday we will put them together!
Mr. Sorokowski is our go to book guy! He always gives us suggestions for books. Yesterday he came to read a really interesting, funny book! ...BUT we will have to share that with you during parent teacher conferences!
That is all for now! See you later alligators!
